The aim is to keep it simple, wholesome, nutritionally balanced, sourced locally and of course delicious! We grow what we can and we forage for the rest within a 5 mile radius.
We offer a complimentary breakfast to resort guests, as well as canapés and cocktails at sunset, daily.
Lunch and dinner are on reservation and comprised of daily specials made from freshly sourced ingredients, be it authentic Antiguan dishes or international fine dining cuisine.
You can choose to dine in the restaurant with its breath taking view as your back drop, or sit by the pool with an equally gorgeous view, in your suite or deck, or by the entertainment spaces we have created - all you have to do is let us know.
Because we grow many of our vegetables on site, it means that we are able to offer plenty of vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as create bespoke meal plans based on specific dietary requirements or personal fitness goals.
Not only does this keep food miles to the absolute minimum, but ensures the quality of the produce we use in our dishes is second to none.
We work with local fishermen and women to ensure that we have the very freshest catch of the day. This means that not only do you get a taste of the nearby sea, we also help empower the communities around us.
